| I had a great experience with Norman Tire! The team was incredibly friendly, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They took the time to explain everything and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Pricing was very fair, especially for the level of service you receive. | I had a very unusual problem that caused by car to stall on any incline, no matter how slight. NT&A had not encountered this issue before. NT&A researched it, determined what was wrong, and my car is now running fine. I was very impressed with the service and the frequency of communication from NT&A while my car was being worked on. | The whole staff is great! I don't know much about cars so they are very good with letting me know what kind of maintenance is coming up. Also, prioritizing it for me and letting me know how much longer I can wait to have that service done. Always explain what the cost will be. |
